Federal District Court Search

*1 California, Colorado, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York and Washington laws limit reporting to 7 years.
*2 New York restricts criminal checks to a statewide level and does not offer county criminal court searches.
*3 Unavailable in Washington and Pennsylvania.
